We are a full service bicycle shop and are happy to help you with anything from flat repairs to in depth suspension service and bike fitting. Please reach out with any questions and we would be happy to help guide you to the best service for your needs.
E-BIKES:
We can perform the vast majority of electrical service from Bosch, Shimano, Specialized/Brose/Sram, Fazua, letrigo, and SR Suntour. We are happy to work on other class 1 and class 2 ebikes for mechanical work but can not diagnose electrical issues outside of the above listed brands.
Important Notes:
We can not do any labour on class 3 E-bikes. These are bicycles that don't have any pedals (Motorbikes) or bikes that exceed 32KM/PH. We also will not work on any ebikes that have batteries installed without UL certifacation. If you are unsure of your bikes battery system, please be prepared to remove the battery before bringing the bike in. All customers getting E-bikes serviced should please remember to bring your keys with the bike in case we need to remove your battery to run cables or perform other jobs.
