Shipping policy

Currently, we only offer shipping to residents in Canada, using rates calculated by Purolator for orders below $150.00. 

Orders at or above $150.00 ship free via Purolator.* 

Standard shipping is between 2-14 business days depending on location. 

Currently, large items such as bikes and bike racks are only available for in-store pickup.

We are a small team and do our very best to process orders within 2 business days. However, people get sick, the shop gets hectic, the internet goes down, etc., so in rare cases, please be patient if we take a few days to get your order out the door -- we appreciate it!

*We reserve the right to modify/cancel orders that incur extremely high shipping rates such as large items/orders shipping to remote locations. In this case, someone at Cowichan Cycles will reach out regarding the order to find a cost-effective shipping method that works for all parties. If a reasonable solution cannot be found, the customer will not be charged for the order.
